PRINT MAKING BY @ARTLETTECOLOURS
$190 per participant (2-days of 2.5 hours session)
Do you know that The Great Wave is not a Japanese painting but a woodblock print made in the tradition of Japanese ukiyo-e?
Print making is the form and process of applying a work of art to another surface which offers different possibilities of design.
In this 2-days workshop, students will be using Lino sheets or compress foam for younger kids. Participants will learn to work in reverse using relief method where they will carve out the areas that will not take up the ink to achieve their own design. Learn basic foundation on the 1st session and your choice of A5 illustration on the 2nd session.
