At ARTLETTE, we want to give our students the most enjoyable learning experience. That is why we believe our studio policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Upon enrolment into Artlette program, the student/parent/guardian hereby agrees to and accepts the terms and conditions stated herein:
Timely payment of school fees is crucial to the smooth running of our school. It ensures that our staffs are focused on serving your needs and teaching, rather than on collection of fees.
To confirm the continuation of class, fees for each program must be paid two (2) weeks in advance (i.e. due on the 2nd last session), otherwise it will be considered a voluntary withdrawal.
If payment is not received by the due date, the class slots may be released to the next student in the waiting list.
The studio reserves the right to refuse attendance if payment has not been received by the due date.
All fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
A one-time registration & material fee is payable for each new student who joins our regular program.
Additional material fee is payable when promoted to hobbyist or portfolio management program.
Each program has an expiry date. Additional week to complete each program; Flexi-4 weeks, Full program-2weeks, Half program-1 week. All sessions must be used before expiry and unused sessions will be forfeited.
Classes will continue during School Vacations (March, June, September, November and December).
There are no classes on Public Holidays and school closure dates.
For classes falling on Public Holiday, an extra make up lesson is given to be used before expiry.
All fees are subject to review and revision.
Trial lesson policy
If the student continues classes after the trial class, the registration and material fee will be payable. The trial lesson cannot be used to offset the sessions for the program.
Trial class has an expiry of one (1) month if change in timing is required. Change in timing is subject to availability especially on weekends.
Each student is entitled to leave of absence/change in time slot; Flexi-4 days, Full program-2 days, Half program-1 day
Student must provide 24 hours notice in writing for any missed lesson(s), otherwise session will be counted. Please schedule the make-up lesson before program expiry date, otherwise it will be forfeited.
Make up lesson cannot be changed once booked and if absent, attendance will be counted.
Make-up lessons are subjected to availability of classes, especially on weekends.
The studio reserves the right to reschedule or to cancel a class at any point of time due to unforeseen circumstances.
We accept payment by Cash, NETS and internet/ATM bank transfer.
For internet/ATM bank transfer, please indicate student's name in the remarks and email the full transaction details. A confirmation email will be sent upon receiving the payment.
The program will be automatically renewed unless prior written notice is given upon termination of program.
We strictly advise parents/students to provide one (1) month notice for withdrawal of program so that seats can be allocated to students on waiting list.
If students re-join within six (6) months, student need to pay material fee for the program.
If you would like to take break more than 6 months, you will have to withdraw from our program and registration and material fees will apply when you re-join the program.
Student is advised to attend lessons regularly and punctually. Lesson will still end on time for student who arrives late for lesson.
Eating, drinking, photography, video and audio recording along with disturbances are prohibited in the studio.
Artlette will assume the responsibility of supervision of the student while the class is in session. We assume no responsibility for the supervision of the student at times outside of the class sessions, or if the student chooses to leave Artlette’s premises during the lesson for any reason.
All costs incurred as a result of any damage, injury, loss, expense or liability that may be caused to public and/or private property by the student will be borne by his/her parents/guardians.
Artlette owns the copyrights to our students’ artwork completed throughout the duration of the program. Artlette has the right to publish our students’ artworks for advertising or other purposes.
Artlette reserves the right to replace or change class teachers without prior notice.
Artlette reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions and will be displayed in the studio premises. These terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
