The MRT Mural Hop & Urban Sketching Experience is an immersive arts learning journey that explores art in Singapore’s MRT stations while introducing urban sketching through direct observation of our urban landscape.

Travel through selected MRT stations on the North South Line - Ang Mo Kio, Bishan, Toa Payoh, and Dhoby Ghaut, to explore and appreciate the murals and public artworks displayed within these stations. Through guided discussions, learn about the stories and cultural narratives behind each mural. Draw inspiration from these themes and narratives and learn to interpret and conceptualize your own imaginative artwork.

Moving on to the vibrant Somerset area like the Somerset Youth Park and surrounding heritage shophouses, capture scenes directly from life, learning the fundamentals of urban sketching and developing keen observation.

Itinerary on 17 June 2026:

 11:00AM - Gather at Jubilee Square Studio [61 Ang Mo Kio Ave 8, #02-05, (S)569814]

 11:15AM – Urban Sketch

 1:30PM – Lunch @Ichikokudou (TBC)

2:30PM – Mural Tour

5:00PM - Dismiss at Jubilee Square

As seats are limited, the reservations will be on a first come first serve basis. Kindly confirm your booking by 31 May 2026. We will follow up with the invoice once you fill up the google form. Once payment is received, your slot will be confirmed. The ticket is transferable however not refundable.

Note: Limited enrolment and the art experience requires minimum 6pax to proceed. In the event the participants are less than 6pax, we will refund your fee (via Paynow) by 20 June 2026.
