COURSE OUTLINE

Punch needle art is a simple form of embroidery which uses a large needle-like tool to punch loops of yarn into your chosen fabric.

You will learn the basics of punch needle to create your own gorgeous decorative punch needle embroidery art of texture and beauty. This course is suitable for beginners as materials needed, techniques and tips in finding the right movement and rhythm will be taught.

The patterns and colors are endless. From abstract punch needle designs to potted plants and geometric patterns, you can definitely find a design suited to your personality.

Participants can choose one of the following

1. Your artwork on a 35x40cm tote bag

2. Your artwork inside the 18cm embroidery hoop as lovely display

3. Your artwork as plushie

4. Your artwork as coaster

5. Your artwork as photo card holder
